Senior Nurse Technician

Our Senior Nurse Technician Program is designed specifically for nurses
who are in their last semester of nursing school and want to enhance their
clinical skills prior to graduation. The program includes:
- 16-weeks of precepted clinical experience
- A supportive environment where you'll be challenged to improve your
skills
- A gradual transition to a more independent role
- An enhanced wage, including differentials
- Rewarding, learning experiences that will help prepare you for your
future RN role
Once you meet your performance and program objectives, you'll complete
the program. Participants are encouraged to request their practicum experience
with the unit where they completed the Senior Nurse Technician Program.
