So, even if you're not necessarily looking far into your future, Florida Hospital is with our 403B Retirement Plan, which is called the Adventist Healthcare Retirement Plan (AHRP). It provides for employer cash contributions to employee accounts. Florida Hospital also matches 50 cents for every dollar that you voluntarily contribute to the plan for up to four percent of your gross salary. This plan presents seven different mutual fund investment options.

In addition to AHRP, a voluntary Tax Sheltered Annuity program is offered through the Variable Annuity Life Insurance Company (VALIC), providing you with even more investment opportunities as you plan for retirement.
