Upon hire, you can take advantage of our excellent healthcare plan, which is available to all full-time and eligible part-time nurses at very competitive rates. Coverage for family members is also available.

Eligible full-time nurses also receive life insurance coverage in an amount equal to your annual pay at no cost. Coverage in greater amounts is available for purchase at low, group rates. Part-time nurses may also purchase this coverage.

Malpractice insurance is provided to eligible employees and is available immediately upon employment.

Florida Hospital nurses also have the option to obtain the following insurance programs, which are paid for through biweekly payroll deductions:
