Our dynamic Physical Therapy Department offers general rehabilitation services on an acute care and outpatient basis.

As an physical therapy graduate, you'll have an opportunity to work with a variety patients. We provide compassionate and inspiring services for:

  • Burns
  • Oncology
  • Pediatrics
  • Strokes
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Spinal cord injuries

  • Vestibular disturbances

We place a special emphasis on patient and family education, as a vital aspect of rehabilitation.

In addition, our physical therapists design individualized patient programs that may include:

  • Therapeutic exercise
  • Functional mobility training

You may also work with modalities such as:

  • Hydrotherapy
  • Heat
  • Ice
  • E-stim
  • Traction
  • Balance retraining
  • Biofeedback

Requirements

Florida State Physical Therapy license or Physical Therapist Assistant license required.
